1How will I receive my order?

Digital files – All digital files will be sent via email and are accessible through your account via the downloads page.
Physical orders – All physical orders are sent in the 1st week of the following month (ie if you ordered in January your order will be sent in the first week of February) Shipping can take between 2-8 weeks for your parcel to arrive depending on where it is being sent. 

2Why are my downloads not working?

Due to various connectivity issues downloads can sometimes fail or get corrupted. If your downloads do not work please give it some time and try again a bit later. If the problem persists please contact us through our contact form on this page or at

3What is a zip file and how do I open it?

Some of our downloads are compressed into zip files for more convenient downloads. Zip files pack many files together into a single file that takes up less space. For IOS and Android you can download the WinZip app to access these files on mobile.

4I’ve reached my download limit what do I do? Why is there a download limit?

We have download limits in place to help prevent our files being distributed and downloaded en-mass , if you reach your download limit please contact us and we can assist you. You do not need to purchase your files again.

5My iphone/apple device is not downloading the files it is only opening them?

This is a problem with apple devices we have noticed! When opening PDF files the file may not saved to your device. To solve this open the file you are trying to download. You can click on the “Share” or “Save” button at the bottom of of the device. Then click on “Save to files” or “Save to device”. The files will now be stored on your device.


1How do I print the patterns to scale?

To print your patterns we recommend using a program like Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. This is a free program used to read PDF files. Through this you can set your print settings to “Tile” or “Poster” and print at 100% scale. This will then spread the image onto multiple pages and print it out to scale. Our patterns include a printing guide which explains how to do this.

2Do your patterns come in different sizes?

Right now our patterns only come in a single size. However the patterns can be printed at a different scale to be larger and smaller or you can add or remove a few centimeters at the sides to alter the sizing.

3How do I change the scale or size of my patterns?

This can be done by changing the scale of the patterns when printing. For example you can set the print scale to 80% for smaller or 120% for larger pattern sizes. Alternatively you can adjust the size of the patterns by adding or removing a few CM/inches on the sides or at the center of the pattern to shorten or lengthen it.

4What language are your tutorials in?

Currently all our Tutorials, patterns and books are in English.


1I accidentally ordered my files twice, what do I do?

2I purchased the incorrect files, what do I do?

If you have not yet downloaded the files, please contact us using the form below and we can assist you! Unfortunately due to the nature of digital products and our terms of sale we cannot refund the sale If you have already downloaded the files.

3The patterns I was looking for were not included?

Everything that is included in our products are listed in the descriptions. If something is not listed there it will not be included. We try to be as detailed as possible in our product descriptions.

4Can I get a refund for my digital files?

Due to the nature of digital products once the files have been downloaded we are unable to process a refund. If you have not yet downloaded the files contact us below and we can try assist you.

5Do you sell cosplay costumes?

We do not sell physical cosplay costumes or do commissions. We provide resources to help cosplayers and crafters create their own costumes.
